What will my student experience at Keystone’s Middle School Camp?

Camp gives students a unique opportunity to step away from their normal routine and connect with God, their CREW Leaders, and their peers.

Throughout the week, students will experience passionate worship, biblical teaching, CREW time, exciting recreation, and plenty of opportunities to build meaningful friendships. We are committed to creating an unforgettable experience in a safe, structured environment.

Every leader is trained, background-checked, and focused on helping students feel known, cared for, and challenged to grow in their faith.

What will my student need to bring?

A complete packing list will be provided in the Middle School Camp 2027 Parent Pack, which will include everything you and your student need to know before camp. The Parent Pack will be available approximately eight weeks before camp.

How are cabins and CREWs organized?

Students are grouped by grade and gender and will experience camp alongside their CREW and trained CREW Leaders. These groups provide a consistent community for conversations, activities, meals, and spiritual growth throughout the week.

Can my student bring a cell phone?

Students will not be permitted to keep their phones with them during camp. We believe creating space away from everyday distractions helps students be fully present, build meaningful relationships, and better engage with what God is doing throughout the week.

Additional details about phones and other electronics will be included in the Parent Pack.

What if my student needs medication while at camp?

Medications will be administered through the camp’s designated medical process. Parents will receive specific instructions for medication drop-off, packaging, and administration prior to camp.

Are payment plans or financial assistance available?

Registration requires a non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid over time. Once your student is registered, you can log into your account to make additional payments by clicking here.

Our heart is that no student misses the experience of camp because of financial need. Scholarship assistance will be available as camp approaches to help with the cost of registration. Check back on our camp pages for more information.

When does registration close?

Registration for overnight camps will be available until approximately two weeks prior to the event. We encourage early registration, as certain grade levels may reach capacity prior to the general registration deadline.

How can I serve at Middle School Camp?

Adults who are interested in serving may apply to be a leader at Middle School Camp. Please complete this Servant Leader Interest Form, and our team will be in touch.

Why are Middle School Camp and High School Camp separate this year? NEW

Beginning in 2027, we’re excited to offer separate camp experiences for middle school and high school students. This new structure gives us room to welcome more students to camp while also creating programming specifically designed for each stage of life.

With separate camps, worship, teaching, CREW time, recreation, and other experiences can be intentionally shaped around the unique needs and interests of middle school and high school students. While the format is new, the heart remains the same: creating an unforgettable week where students build meaningful relationships, encounter Jesus, and take the next step in their faith.

Feel free to email camp@keystonechurch.com with additional questions.

How will Middle School Camp and Kids Camp take place at the same time and place? NEW

Mt. Lebanon is a large venue that allows us to host Middle School Camp and Kids Camp at the same time while providing a separate camp experience for each group. Both camps will have their own dedicated cabins, worship services, teaching and small group times, recreation areas, and schedules.

While both camps begin on July 26, Middle School Camp and Kids Camp will operate independently throughout their time at Mt. Lebanon. Schedules will be intentionally offset, and each group will have its own time at the various recreation areas and facilities around camp. Middle school students and kids will not participate in camp programming together. Additionally, Middle School Camp will last one full day longer than Kids Camp.

Feel free to email camp@keystonechurch.com with additional questions.
